A mound of importance?

So here is a photo that i took the other night for my sister & thought it was rather creepy. I must say that i am not a big fan of the woods/dark combined... which may come from the amt of scary movies that i watch. Who can really be sure?

A fairytale love letter.....

So went to see Dear John, tonight with my sister and all i have to say is OMG!!! If you think you can hold back your tears on this one please see it because oh boy! I was holding back because i didnt want to be the "one crazy lady" who balled her eyes out and i still freaking balled like a baby but overall it was one of the best movies i have seen lately! And a shout out to Channing Tatum (he is SUPER hot) as he totally proved to me that he could hold his own as an actor! What a good night... headed to bed as going to give blood & girls movie night tomorrow! YAY!

Death by treadmill....

Ok... so not really... but i did exercise today and lets just say that i am not the most athletic type and HATE to do it but after i do i always feel 10 times better about myself. So, 235 calories burnt, 2 miles past, & 45 min later i did it!! And sorry lately my pictures haven't been all that amazing (or so i feel)... I have been really distracted and lets just say lazy... because really that is what it is. lol. So soon i will be updating with more exciting photos! So please stay tuned!

Child's favorite pastime....

Ok so maybe its not a pastime or every childs favorite but i enjoy a good mac & cheese dinner from time to time... One of many pics i had taken but i really liked this one! Noodles are done! lol.

Sucked in....

Thats right its that time of year again! Girl Scout cookies!! Went to the store to pick up some soda and ended up getting extra cash so i could purchase some... those darn kids can be so adorable sometimes and they just suck you in! And today we also had a bit of snow falling... we are in texas so none of it stuck but i tried to get a picture but didnt turn out so well... so went with this! Happy Tuesday everyone!

Mysterious Monday....

Okay, so i decided that Monday would be the perfect day to start this and figured also that this picture was pretty sweet. I am a pretty detailed oriented person and always find it fascinating when i find things like this... So tell me what you find that normally wouldn't be located behind a bar and i will try and post more and more things like this on monday!

Shogun!

So had a terrific time @ Habitat for Humanity today but didnt get any pics as afraid to get my camera dirty... and sit getting used to it. But this evening went to Shogun japanese restaurant & sushi bar (delicious & super fun!). Anyways above is a photo of.. or rather a collage of photos i took while he was making his onion volcano! Thought it was super cool!

Heist Society...

This evening was invited by my sister to a book signing for Ally Carter. This picture was actually taken by my little Kodak camera... didnt have time to run home and get my nikon... so i am not thrilled with the quality but had great time!

I think i can.... i think i can...

So we drive by this retaining pond everyday and EVERY day we see these cranes sitting out in the water... and i have thought about taking pictures of them... so now i have! Wish i had a zoom lense so i could have gotten closer but over all i think its a pretty sweet shot!

I am still thinking of a game & way to incorporate it in my blog so if you have any ideas please let me know! Take Care! =)

Fragile beauty...

I took a little adventure around my neighborhood and had a BLAST! This was one of the MANY photos that i took of the creek/bayou/open land around my apt complex... anyways this was one of my favorites because i like the way that this damn is framing the tree...

Side Note: I am trying to make my blog a bit more interesting and have been thinking of maybe having an I-spy or where's waldo adventure once a week... any thoughts?

Graffiti

I have always been intrigued by graffiti artwork even though it is quite disrespectful. So i took this out by my apartments through the fence.

Think of a time...

When i was younger I always wanted to be outside playing on the playground with my sisters on the swings & such... so i thought why not take a picture of the playground that is apart of my apt complex... looks a ton more complicated than when i used to be a kid... Think of a time & place when you were a kid where you had a blast.

Video Arcade

I am back!!! I got myself a new laptop and am loving it... so i uploaded and fixed some pics and this one i thought it pretty neat it reminded me of the old video arcades where you could just go and play and it didnt cost you a fortune! :)

Hidden amazement

Took this on my way to work this mornin while sitting in sometimes unbearable Houston traffic.. To me this one is creepy/beautiful at the same time.

Wasteland...

I am a big fan of landscape(nature inspired) photos. Here is one that i took @ Christmas by my uncles house.
