Thats right.... It is time for dinner & i have made tator tot casserole & it hit the spot... so i took a few photos to document my journey called dinner... =)
until just recently, i had not ever heard of tater tot casserole - but i've made it a couple of times now, and yours is very different than mine! i guess that's the beauty of casseroles - you can pretty much do anything! anyways, the way i've made mine is to brown ground beef and then mix in some cream of chicken and cheddar cheese soup. I layer that on the bottom of a casserole dish and sprinkle some peas and shredded cheddar cheese. then i add the tater tots, more shredded cheese on top, and bake. it kinda ends up being like shepherd's pie, but tater totty! :D
Athina~ Lol...Yea i ground beef put can of cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, milk & green beans all on top of some tator tots! quite delicious! i may have to try yours out though because that sounds delicious as well!
