Ok so most of you know how much i LOVE LOVE LOVE the rain & thunderstorms! Well today it had been rather gloomy & the clouds have been rather FANTASTIC lately! And yesterday i attempted to take a walk with my camera and i must say i was disappointed in myself as it stopped working because i FORGOT to change the battery... Yes i was rather upset with myself. Anyways... so tonight i was all ready battery charged, umbrella in hand(in case it started pouring, which it did), & off i ventured into the neighborhood... I loved the layers upon layers of clouds! All different colors & sizes... FUN!
And below near my house there is an area over grown woods its a VERY small part but had these very interesting looking flowers... so i thought i would share!
To me the clouds looked like a mountain or like they were covering a mountain & i found it very soothing...
And who doesn't love going for a walk with your camera just to have it POUR down rain!!!
I know that it may seem like sarcasm but i must say that i feel my calling might be as a storm photographer... lol... i love the danger & the natural beauty of it. Plus its challenging to me & I love myself a challenge. Anyways i just love this green with the white & the rain in the background... which i must say that i didnt even catch the rain until i uploaded the photo! So of course i was EVEN more pleased with this shot... Definitely my favorite of the bunch. So anyways hope you all enjoyed because i know i had a TERRIFIC walk even though i my pants were drenched by the time that i made it home! Happy Torrential Thursday!!
